Life in Mill'en in the new worldThis is a featured page

So some people have asked me what it is like to live in one of the largest communities in the new world. Well it has not be too bad for me. Early on when it was first being set up as a colony we had some problems with supplies but we found out later this was due to the revolution back home.

Since then we have had a steady supply of food. Early on there was not much work and we spent alot of our time foraging for food or idling our time away but now the Nation seems to be booming as new construction is going on the whole time and there always seems to be plenty of work going around.

Also there hasn't been a shortage of food as yet now like we have heard in the other colonies. Every season food is available for us to buy and we know that there is a reserve held in a number of places round the Nation so where ever you are you don't need to go far to buy some food.

There are a few establishments where we can go and relax and spend our money but it would be nice to see a bit more entertainment in the colony but we still have a lot of growth available to us.

Also the army has grown massively over the last couple of years and if the rumours are true we now have one of the largest and best equipped armies in the new world.

All in all it seems to me to be a pretty good place to be. Having said that though we all do miss home especially with all the strange creatures which can be found here in the new world. We see some of the ophidians around and in fact some of them now live with us in Mill'en but the Wasps we have seen on our borders seem very strange and we are not to sure what to make of them. The problems we had with them early on seem to have gone away now but you can never be sure.
